Dr. Robert Sarbacher is one of the people Wilbert Smith talked to in September 1950 in preparation for his writing of the Top-secret flying saucer memo.

It was Dr. Sarbacher who told Smith that flying saucers existed and that they were the most highly classified secret in the United States at the time.

Sarbacher ran a lab just down the road from the Canadian Embassy where many military people came for doing various tests.

Sarbacher claimed he had been invited to briefings in the 1949-1950 period at WPAFB. The subject of the briefing was finding of a flying saucer recovery that had been made in the western part of the United States.

Sarbacher is also important because he led to the discovery of Dr. Eric Walker, who provided more details about what is actually going on.
